Who: Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.
What: Temporary disruption of normal operations at some Meridian locations due to Tropical Storm Eta.
Meridian has decided to temporarily cease normal operations at the Chiefland, Gainesville, Lake Butler, Macclenny, Stark, and Trenton locations on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
Why: In consideration of the safety of all clients and employees we will be closing outpatient and administrative offices that are projected to be in the path of the storm. It has been reported that there is a high probability of sustained winds greater than 39 miles per hour in these areas.
Where: The following six Meridian locations: Chiefland, Gainesville, Lake Butler, Macclenny, Stark, and Trenton.
Normal operations for all other Meridian offices and Telehealth appointments. Crisis emergency services will remain open in Gainesville and Lake City. If you are experiencing a medical or life threatening emergency please call 911.
When: On Thursday, November 12, 2020. The six Meridian locations listed above will be closed.
All locations will reopen for normal operation at all Meridian locations on Friday, November 13, 2020.
