How Does it Work? Private, secure, convenient, and flexible videoconferencing on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Teletherapy sessions occur via Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing service where an appointment link is sent to the client from the clinician for the agreed-upon date and time of service.  Each participant connects to the meeting via the link and a therapy session begins via the telehealth platform

Many insurances as well as Medicaid and Medicare plans cover outpatient services through telehealth; and there are no additional fees.

What Services are Available? Individual and family mental health and/or substance use therapy, assessment, counseling, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management. Telehealth can be provided from our clinics to home or a mobile device, to a school, other community settings, or from one Meridian clinic to another.  is available using your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Why Use Telehealth? Faster access to treatment from the comfort of your own home or other location, no physical waiting room, your privacy is protected, your prescriptions can sent electronically to your pharmacy, and Telehealth can be combined with in-person visits.

No Device? Meridian may be able to provide you with a tablet and the data package needed to participate in Telehealth. For current clients, talk to your psychiatrist, therapist, or case manager if you need a device. For new clients, that currently do not have an appropriate device, let us know at your first in person appointment.
