What to Bring
Outpatient:
Identification
Insurance card(s)
Proof of income (for assessing fees based on a sliding scale)
List of current medications
Residential:
Personal hygiene items (e.g. tooth brush, bath soap, comb, etc.)
Casual clothing (appropriate to the season; enough for 5-7 days)
Athletic shoes and slippers
Jacket and /or sweater (rooms can be very cold)
Rolls of quarters (for snack/drink vending machines)
Writing pads and notebooks
Pens / pencils
Reading material
Personal cell phones may be permitted in some programs
Phone card (if calling long-distance)
Umbrella
Flashlight (for walking on campus at night)
We Provide:
Bed Linens (please do not bring any bedding from home)
Pillow and pillow case
Bath towels and washcloths
Linens (sheets, towels, washcloths, and blankets) are provided at admission. Each resident is responsible for washing their own linens at least once a week.
