Meridian Behavioral Healthcare is pleased to welcome guests to the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This individualized program invites participants to better their lives by becoming a part of a recovery community. Meridian strives to help all clients reach wellness, and PHP is another opportunity we provide to help them get there. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a less restrictive residential program tailored to meet the individual needs of each guest.

The Lodge at Meridian offers clients the unique opportunity to stay on-site during their care in newly renovated rooms. This feature of the program provides a safe environment that is conducive to recovery but still gives clients the independence they need during their treatment. Guests will receive services which address substance abuse and mental health issues as needed. The program involves a wide range of clinical services that allows guests to learn about themselves and their addiction, explore their emotions, and receive support, ultimately creating an uplifting space to grow and recover. The services include but are not limited to, one individual therapy session each week with their primary counselor, multiple therapy/process groups daily, family therapy, physician sessions, AA/NA meetings daily, and weekly house meetings. Meridian’s treatment philosophy is centered on Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Stages of Change Theory, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies. PHP utilizes the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. In addition, Meridian provides limited case management services by linking with other community-based agencies including court/legal services and medical care. Upon completion of the program, Meridian works with clients individually to arrange step-down services that suit their personal needs, providing both intensive (9-12 hours per week) or traditional (one hour per week) outpatient treatment. PHP offers a safe and comfortable atmosphere as well as a combination of custom services that all come together to guide clients through recovery.
