Meridian is excited to announce the appointment of our New Senior Vice President of Performance Management, Mindy Chambers, LMHC. Mindy joined Meridian in 2014 as the Vice President of Risk Management and Program Development. During this time Mindy made great strides and improvements at Meridian, including being an integral part of the preparation for our renewed three-year CARF Accreditation. Prior to joining the Meridian team, Mindy served as the Vice President of Residential Services for the Florida United Methodist Children’s Home overseeing operations for thirteen programs over two campuses in North and Central Florida. Mindy-9943-As a licensed mental health counselor Mindy has over 15 years of experience working with nonprofits and social services. Her clinical background includes working with abused and neglected children with an emphasis on trauma informed care. Administratively, her expertise is in nonprofit management, program development, fiscal management, and performance improvement. Mindy’s passion for helping others and commitment to improving the client and employee experience at Meridian are what drive her success. Mindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Most recently, Mindy has completed Leadership Practice and Nonprofit Management certificate programs at Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a Risk Management certificate program at the University of South Florida.
