The CARF Onsite Survey Summary stated, “Staff members demonstrate professionalism and pride in their work. They are acutely aware of the multiple issues their clients face and display a confident attitude in their ability to facilitate clients’ efforts to improve their quality of life. This is exemplified in the outcomes achieved in the psychosocial rehabilitation program.” The survey summary also provided positive client feedback such as, “Persons served stated staff members are good listeners, caring, and knowledgeable and treat them with dignity and respect. Many felt comfortable recommending the organization’s services to friends and family.”
