We love to talk about mental health and May is Mental Health Month always gives us a great opportunity. (We know it’s June already but seriously, we LOVE to talk about mental health) The purpose of this annual observance is three-fold: to build public recognition about the importance of mental health to overall health and wellness, to inform people of the ways that the mind and body interact with each other; and to provide tips and tools for taking positive actions to protect mental health and promote whole health. For Mental Health Month 2014, we asked people, “How do you Mind Your Health?” The responses were awesome!
