Meridian is excited to welcome Carali McLean as Senior Vice President of Clinical Programs and Business Development. Carali joins us with more than 25 years’ experience in community mental health care and administration. Before joining Meridian in November, Carali served as Vice President of Continuous Quality Improvement with Gracepoint Management and as Chief Administrative Officer with the Agency for Community Treatment Services in Tampa. In her new role, she will be responsible for oversight of outpatient clinics, prevention and community education, grants and contracts, and internships and training. “We are very excited to have Carali on our executive team,” said Meridian Behavioral Healthcare President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Maggie Labarta. “She brings considerable expertise and wide-ranging experience that will contribute to our ongoing innovation and dedication to excellent patient care.” Carali earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in social work from Florida State University. She holds licenses in clinical social work and healthcare risk management and has served on the board of directors of the Florida School of Additions Studies since 1999, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
