HELP - Homeless Enrichment Liaison Program
Homeless Enrichment Liaison Program - The Homeless Enrichment Liaison Program (HELP) provides Case Management, intervention, outreach and treatment services to help homeless individuals obtain addictions and mental health treatment services. Outreach also assists with emergency shelter referrals, employment, financial assistance, food, food stamps, GED/job training, healthcare, social services, Social Security Income/Disability benefits, suitable housing, supportive services and transportation. When needs are identified, outreach staff establish goals and strategies to help individuals and their families meet these needs. Services are provided to individuals in the community as well as persons served in any of Meridian's programs who are identified as homeless.
