Salary : $30,000.00

Job Summary

This is a professional position providing intensive case management, follow-up and service delivery to individuals with mental illnesses who are legally competent with felon charges being diverted from the jail. This person must be able to work independently as well as with other agencies such as the Courts, Jails, Attorneys and community partners.

Minimum Requirements

A Bachelors Degree in a Related Field and experience working with the population served. Experience in working with the Courts, Case Management, and the Chronically Mental Ill population preferred.
