An Evidence Based Practice training program developed by SAMHSA GAINS Center for forensic professionals to increase understanding of trauma, create an awareness of the impact of trauma on behavior, develop trauma-informed responses and list/practice approaches to responding to behaviors.

In observance of National Recovery Month, Meridian will be hosting their inaugural Race to Recovery 5K. National Recovery Month is an annual observance held each September in an effort to educate Americans on the importance of providing substance use treatment and mental health services to those in need.

The goal of the Race to Recovery is to generate proceeds needed to provide treatment within the addiction and recovery programs at Meridian.
